Jennifer (Jen) Gollnick, CPA
Chief Financial Officer, Owner
Some of the most important life lessons Jen Gollnick took away from her time in the United States Army National Guard are the importance of working smarter, not harder, and not to be afraid to get your hands dirty to accomplish the mission. With decades of experience improving finance processes, Jen launched Data Informed Financial Services LLC in January 2023. She believes in using timely and accurate data to support decisions and drive continuous improvements. She provides assistance to small and growing businesses who are ready to implement scalable solutions that work for their teams.

Support Assistant
Anna is a dedicated employee who has collaborated with Jen for years. With a strong belief in the significance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and their shared commitment to this company, Anna aims to assist individuals in optimizing their productivity, allowing them to devote more quality time to their families, hobbies, and other activities beyond the boundaries of work.

Renee Chartrand
An inspired, dedicated, loyalty-driven individual who believes in the mission of DataIFS. After working at the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center for most of her working life, Renee brings years of wide-ranging knowledge in areas involving finance, education, and working with non-profit entities. It was to her benefit to also collaborate with Jen for many years. Renee easily adapts to new experiences and changes and enjoys helping and supporting others through her strong commitment to DataIFS and achieving our mission goals.
Elizabeth (Liz) Lambert
Fractional Controller
Bringing over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience across diverse industries, Liz helps clients build trust by delivering quality outcomes, streamlining operations, and driving financial clarity. Known for her hands-on approach and attention to detail, she specializes in month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and implementing effective accounting solutions. Clients value her ability to quickly assess needs and deliver forward-thinking solutions that support long-term growth. A Certified Management Accountant and member of the Institute of Management Accountants, Liz is committed to client success. Outside of work, she is an enthusiastic foodie and loves traveling with her husband and two sons.
Chelsea Omari
Senior Accountant
A Senior Accountant with nearly 10 years of nonprofit experience who believes good accounting is a lot like gardening: consistent care, attention to detail, and fixing small issues before they turn into big problems. She is known for bringing calm and clarity to complex financials, turning messy general ledgers into information leaders and boards can actually use. Her background includes month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, grant tracking, and audit support. Thoughtful, dependable, and quietly sharp, she asks good questions, follows through, and keeps the financial side of the mission healthy. Outside of spreadsheets, you’ll find her tending to plants and gardens—because growth, whether financial or botanical, doesn’t happen by accident.
